• 1 large chicken breast
  • Gourmet Warehouse Sesame Ginger marinade
  • Fresh ramen or yaki soba noodles
  • Ramen broth (can be purchased ready to use or made from scratch with a recipe such as this one)
  • Additions of your choice, we like soft boiled eggs, spring onions, thinly sliced carrots, and sugar snap peas.


Place the chicken in a sealable bowl or zip top bag, add Gourmet Warehouse Sesame Ginger marinade. Place into refrigerator to marinade for at least an hour, or as long as overnight. More time means more flavor!

Remove Chicken from marinade and cook in a heated skillet on medium heat until cooked through, 3-5 minutes per side depending on thickness or grill over medium heat on your favorite grill.

Add stock and any desired add ins to a sauce pot to heat.

Cook noodles 3-5 minutes at a rolling boil, remove from the water and drain before adding to a bowl and pouring over the heated broth.

Slice chicken and add to the bowl along with other add ins that do not require heating, such as spring onions or hard boiled eggs, halved. Enjoy!
